The Master’s Squad is for swimmers aged 18 years old or over with swimmers ranging in ability and interest.

The squad includes members who swim for fitness and socialising, while others take part in local and regional-level masters swimming competitions, triathlons, and other multi-event disciplines such as aquathlon, duathlon and SwimRun.

The Squad has 3 coached sessions a week, all held at Wildern Leisure Centre in Hedge End, at the following times:

​

• Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30 AM

• Wednesday 9:00 - 10:00 PM

• Saturday 6:45 - 7:45 AM

​

All members are required to hold Swim England membership at either Club Train or Club Compete level, which is paid annually. Further information about the different Swim England membership categories is available from the Swim England website.

The monthly club membership fee is £26.00, payable by direct debit.
